Job Description:
- Act as a Business Analyst in software development processes within the Agile methodology, coordinating all stages of the projects.
- Analyze business requirements by working with internal and external clients, clarify requirements, prioritize tasks, and create functional designs.
- Support project planning, follow through on analysis and testing processes, and ensure the smooth progression of all related processes.
- Prepare user manuals, provide training, and ensure the effective use of the product by end-users.
- Prepare project status reports and effectively manage risk and change management processes.
- Contribute to the continuous development of treasury products and implement ongoing improvements to enhance customer experience.
General Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in treasury products, preferably having worked in the treasury departments of banks.
- Interest in Financial Technologies (FinTech) and a desire to develop a career in this field.
- A degree from universities in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, Industrial-Management Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in participating in testing and acceptance stages within software development processes.
- Detail-oriented, diligent, and solution-focused with a strong habit of regular reporting and documentation.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong skills in planning, prioritization, organization, and communication.
